Our forwards are always facing back so obvious ball is backwards or sideways. So basic. Lazy bastards -

Too much tip tappy along the back for me. Left side nobody fwd to receive anything. Playing too deep -
What’s the rave about Rohl? Maybe good but yet another have a go at being clever hire

I think we played better but last minute defending is still a feature. The first goal where Downes is spinning around looking who to give it to is an example.

I don’t think it’s the players only just starting to understand what Still wants I think that seems fairly obvious when he talks. I think the performances are littered with lack of composure under pressure and the skill and ability to do the basic football stuff well. They don’t strike you as a team in anything they do just individuals.

Does our recruitment team even watch players before we buy them?

did I read somewhere that Poch talked to him when he heard we were in for him and recommended us to him? Might have dreamt this 😂. he looks totally lost and watches game go on around him. No movement towards the ball and always chasing as it goes by -

Seems like madness Ramsdale sat on bench and he is our player who we really need. Surely playing and not sat on bench for prem side gives him more chance for WC -

Those players should kick McCarthy at ht wanker never learns -
If you didn’t know last Friday was “speak like a pirate day”. Apparently coming from the West Country he gave a rousing uplifting speech in pirate lingo to the team resulting in the performance of at Hull. Go Captain Jack…

So sorry to hear of your loss. Thanks for the info. Always good to hear the inside view. My problem with them isn’t commitment it’s capability, strategy and implementation. Why they believe they have to have a different approach to football than anyone else and why they try to experiment with everything… goodness only knows. They have over complicated everything to a point of destruction of the club I have supported and loved for tens of years, and have taken away the joy of watching them. Trying to reinvent football is not needed and they would have been miles more profitable if they had stuck with the core competencies of running a football club with the proven basics. Building on when these are in place. Running before they can walk has tripped them up big time. Admitting that and changing that is now essential.

He was a high risk hire and no real surprise that this is going on. I think an experienced mgr would have struggled to turn around the losing mentality which now seems part of our culture. As everyone has been saying the deficiencies are obvious and visible with no sign of anything positive whatsoever. Really needed a coach proven at delivering strong defence, transition urgency and attack with speed. Could argue we can’t keep sacking mgrs, but at least hiring someone with proven experience would start to reduce the variables of failure. Owners and Spors need to change strategy and priorities and consider profit on sales after performance and delivery.

Depends what you mean by control. Having possession doesn’t necessarily mean you are in control. Standing in the middle of the park knocking it sideways and backwards when you are 1, 2, 3 nil down doesn't feel in control to me
-
Still interview on bbc was also alarming. Thought we were in control and seemed surprised that we gave away 3 easy goals to lose. Same old same old. Needs to understand the difference in role. He was reporting in what happened and not why
-
If I was will still I would make them all pay 1k each sit them all in the rain and watch the match over then ask them how they feel all monies going to away fans group today
-
Ah yes of course let’s praise them
-
Yet another manager that can’t coach a defensive unit
-
No we don’t they are awful and the manager is probably too
-
This is what happens when you buy players for the future. They never get there and you get hammered in the meantime

Genuinely wank
