I think this Champions League Club stuff is a red herring. Suspect Spurs are the main suitors, and they're not confirmed for that by any means. My guess would be Levy trying to get him on the cheap (opening that old Saints-rape trope again), to replace Kane after he goes to PSG for megabucks. Not sure he'll go to City. Either way we need to either have balls and keep Ings given him staying will keep others and enable us more cash in a higher finish (temporarily) or ensure we get paid better than the miserable amount we had to let Hojberg go for. (and even less on the Toby front)
