I had an email last night from Saints foundation and I have won 4 " Directors guest " tickets to the Norwich at the beginning of March . I have no idea what this means but I assume that might explain some of the away allocation of tickets as well.
The problem with dropping Manning (I know defensively poor) is that he has either scored or assisted in nearly 25% of our goals this season. He is probably also directly or indirectly at fault for the same proportion conceded. . Would Wellington be that much better defensively or would he be able to add goals and assists to his game .
Big call for a manager and I am glad I don't have to make it.
First game with my Dad would have been 1965 but at 7 years old it didn't make much impression on me . Started regularly in first season in the 1st division . Went with Dad for a few games then there was a crowd of us from Bevois Town school and we used to meet up in Lodge Road and go down together .
Man Utd 67/68 31033 in the Dell . I was 10 years old at the time and we had to breathe in as the person next to was breathing out . Think Utd had just won the European cup and I think we lost 3-0.
Hello from a partially cloudy but warm Ipswich.
My hotel is right next to the ground and I am watching the ground staff doing their thing from my window.
Came up yesterday and has a few beers in town last night. Quite a few Saints fans doing the same thing.
