  9. Interestingly, the 'charity' hasn't named GB as the bully. Indeed, the suggestion now is that an enquiry was requested by no. 10 into bullying BY civil servants ON civil servants. It also appears that the charity's director is married to a lawyer to whom she directs cases of bullying.

  13. It's called a Restrictive Covenant and it is enforceable in law. That's my understanding and I have, in the past, done some work on restrictive covenants.
