True. A week into the month of March & our first league defeat of 2010. Like most though - I f@cking hate my weekends when Saints lose!

Interviewer asked what the reasons were for taking Harding off [as he always plays the full 90 minutes I guess] and was it a knock/injury? Pards said he took him off "for 3 or 4 reasons that he wanted to keep to himself." ???

Pards on Radio Solent: "Very disappointed" "Couldn't find the quality" "Ref had lost it. Spoke to him at HT as I wasn't happy with him" "Quality wasn't as good as the last 2 games" "We created enough chances to win" "We switched off for their goal" "1 or 2 were below thier best" "We gave a good account of ousselves - ref didn't help" "No problem with our fitness" "Disappointed tonight. It was a game we expected to win & wanted to win" "We have to bounce back against the best team in the league" "Harding taken off for 3 or 4 reasons that I want to keep to myself"

5-1 and 5-0 cracking wins...followed by defeat at lowly Tranmere. If that isn't Saints to a tee - I dunno what is! Some things in life don't ever change.
