Just been reading the Bazunu thread on the Stoke message board. many (too many) are backing him to come good. Doing what fans do I guess apparently he will because… it was all Russell Martins fault. Saints fan could never get over his Pompey connections. He is 23. He has played for Ireland and in the premier league. Stats are meaningless…. ETC message for Stoke fans. look at the data, he has been the worst, if not the worst keeper in what ever league (including Belgium) every season since signed for Saints. We have played various styles of football, and despite the odd great save, a ridiculous amount of shots went in via the middle of the goal. The amount of teams who scored every shot on target against us with him in goal was alarming. Look at this season, Stoke home, Oxford away, Boro away… Plus others, it was getting ridiculous. Good luck to the lad, hope he turns it around and Saints can actually sell him and be free of the madness
