  1. I am going from our local journo's who both say no one at the club is disputing this. I am sure if we were completely not involved, this would have been fed out at the very least, if not briefed in our statement
  2. It is about the potential advantage and someone from SFC was up there against the rules. That is not disputed at all, it is all about the conspiracy. Saints (from what we know) - yeah, sorry about that he acted alone and we had no advantage, honest guv. After our careful review (where we get our ducks lined up) we will sack/suspend people when it is all over Boro - this is systemic from top to bottom and a well oiled machine, their position in was over inflated in both league and the playoffs. SFC staff and fans are all cunts and they should rot in hell
  3. I think even Alfie house agrees with that. We have no denied it but have said this incident did take place and the lad was acting alone.
  4. I think there is no dispute that this about the sanction, and not if we were involved at all.
  5. Bit like Alex 'crooky' Crook. What a fucking bellend he is. Getting all righteous about us being kicked out. The other day he was banging the drum for Bruno Fernandes being player of the season. Yeah, one of the biggest cheats in the league.
  6. But it could provide some evidence that this incident was not a singleton and was planned/orchestrated (systemic), and likely known by those with more influence. remember, we stated this person was "acting alone"
  7. Henry Winter is a sycophantic wet wipe
  8. Anyone semi professional in the legal world would not have let that out.
  9. Yeah, but you dont mess with the "Gibbo"
  10. It has been a clear effort to push the decision in a certain direction. Clear from literally Sunday or so
  11. Allow Baz to join them for a fee of around £5m, but paid for by Saints as a gesture of goodwill. That would go a long to heal the divide IMO
  12. Their statement has probably been made as the starting gun to get 'money' from someone, and soon.
  13. He does and talks like he 'knows' stuff. States as a fact that 6 other clubs have provided 'evidence' to the EFL that we did this to them. Also states that Tonda is all over it
  14. Is this an opinion or something more if an opinion, I agree.
  15. They’ll say they have but cannot control the freedom of the press
  16. I am sure Hull have a player or two off the the World Cup, we definitely have Larin and potentially Stewart. Their national teams will want them before end May I should imagine
  17. Surely we are approaching the line in the sand where national teams can take their players???
  18. That is my worry.
  19. Im sure we (and other clubs) have been doing this within the rules, ie - outside the 72 hours. that amis an aggravating factor to a point in that it was not a one off and we have a proven system in doing this… just this time (at least) we broke the rules
  20. Are one of Hulls rugby teams playing a big game away soon? Pretty sure some of the footy fans will be invested in both sports, so completely unfair. Not as if it is down the road to Wembley for them
  21. Same where I am, mates of fans of lots of other club think it is hilarious, especially given it was touted the lad was hiding and using sophisticated recording and listening equipment.
  22. Absolutely people will complain, and rightly fucking so. Leicester got 6 points for systematically gaining a sporting advantage over a huge period of time (remember when the smashed us 5-0). Not only did they knowingly gain said advantage over at least 46 games, they did everything they could to prevent any investigation into it. We cheated, I accept that. But to what extent?
  23. I guess it is a situation where we try and mitigate our way to the final on Saturday. Boro's best/only chance of us not being there is to get proof to the EFL that we have been at this for weeks/months, and it it include involvement from those with greater influence at at the club. We have already put the line out that this was the act of someone working alone. To reach a decision that means we do not play against Hull, surely the 'panel' have to be very certain we gained enough sporting advantage that we cheated Boro entirely out of the fixture (or Wrexham and Derby for example). That is a huge leap to make and would require pretty concrete proof that means any appeal by Saints would be largely a waste of time, as I am sure we would appeal the shit out of it. Now, a large fine and a few points (even suspended) would likely result in, Saints at least, "begrudgingly" accepting it as a means of 'closure', whilst then feeding the local press their story. However, Boro "Gibbo" will keep going on until they get something else (which is what Simon Jordan suggested he should do) I believe time is our friend here as reaching a conclusion in (ironically) about 72 hours that has enormous ramifications is surely impossible, noting we will appeal the shit out of it if we are somehow removed from they final. Also, as for points, how can they conclude -6 is sufficient when Leicester (we know the story) got that. The real wiggle room available (IMO) is the fine. I think this will be significant when comparing to Leeds' £200k. This will be north of £1m, but then Boro Gibbo will cry foul.
  24. It is isn’t it. Absolutely everywhere, they have genuinely weaponised it completely
