I see what you mean but I'd much rather have Che starting at this stage of the season regardless of whether he's had games under his belt. If he's fit enough to make the squad he must play.

just seen the Leicester Leeds result

John Terry with the airpods on, wonder what music he’s listening to.

Still lives in Hedge End, maybe waiting on a call

We’re not building the 60,000 seater then?

Watching that game at the weekend just made me wish we had, like Brighton, taken a cup or two seriously from 2013-16.

Bit random but does anyone on SWF have any previous experience in the URNU and would you recommend it?

was looking about and stumbled into this gem

I think his calmness may get the better of him in the championship tbh
-
he’d be high scoring in the championship for sure.

Well I can’t really think of any other reason why Mccarthy hasn’t even had a chance this season (when not injured). Bazunu whilst I think he’s an okay keeper, should’ve been dropped at least once based on performance surely this clause was in mind with keeping him in the team.
-
good for financials, but the reason our keeper hasn’t been dropped is because we wanted to lower this guys wages ffs. For AMN - they obviously think we aren’t as interested otherwise they’d want our money surely instead of releasing him

This video amuses me, pompey fan desperate for Mick Channon to support them.

what an idiot, looks a good player though

Their old kits used to be quite good http://www.historicalkits.co.uk/Bournemouth/Bournemouth.htm

Use it all the time on radio solent when referring to them. Don't get why it's such a big problem.

Olaigbe scores again for Harrogate

Calvert Lewin back for Everton, not great if he can get any sort of form. Looks like they played a friendly on Tuesday and lost vs Chester with 8 first teamers playing https://www.theguardian.com/football/2023/apr/21/sean-dyche-insists-calvert-lewin-fitness-is-priority-everton-loss-to-chester

Came out vs Man City saying he wants to get a result to help Arsenal, mentions Arsenal league title in that interview.
-
I thought he played quite well. However if he is to stay captain (or stay at all) we should bring in a more senior experienced player alongside him who is a known leader. We also need a tough tackling lower league player to replace lavia / JWP next season so maybe someone in that position. Someone who no one wants to get near in case he breaks their legs would be ideal.

Commitment is one of many big issues this season. Was it a shop window performance against Arsenal? Or has Selles finally shown the players the league table? I think we’ll find out on Thursday if we’re really in this relegation fight or we may as well get the deck chairs out.
-
keeps going on about trying to help Arsenal win title, why don’t we try and stay up theo? make that your first priority maybe?
-
front footed? yes we had some attacks where we were clinical but from where I was watching we sat back most the game and let Arsenal attack us. was not front footed.
