Jones motd interview https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/av/football/64523805

Press conference https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/p0f2l2n9 Not a lot of insight or ownership happening there.

What horrendous abuse? It was clear he was out of his depth but most people did give him a chance while expressing he wasn't their first choice. You shouldn't put people with mental health problems into high pressure situations.
-
I think that they're giving Jones some time to compose himself before the interview or his P45. One of the two.
-
Managing to spin and stick it in his own net was the hardest piece of skill to execute there.
-
Buckle up. Here it comes
-
I want him out of the club. But at the same time I don't want someone to suffer mental harm. The club would have been kinder if they'd sacked him last week than put him through this.
-
He does look pretty broken stood on the touch line. I worry for his welfare I really do
-
We can still ship a third here

Jones post match is going to be a collector's item
-
I can see him trying hard and getting sent off. Then us scraping the new dawn win against ten men.
-
To be honest it could be worse. Lavia is starting, Moi is not, Diallo is not. I looks more 4-4-2 than 5-3-2. That defence will need so serious cover in front of it though.
-
At least we have Lyanco to bring on to add defensive stability.
-
This has to be one of the most anticipated teamsheets
-
Oli knows. I would still take a horrible game we won 1-0 though.
-
I want us to win. I don't think Jones is up to the job. Win, lose or draw I'll be riveted to the circus around the manager.
-
I've finally worked out what he means by front footed
-
I feel quite nostalgic for the days when we had a Plan A.

If we nail our front foot down we're going to get even worse at defending crosses.
-
Except we've all seen that video from our training ground 😉
-
He's on a hiding to nothing there. At worst he didn't need to say he's not ready for the first team. But right to wish him well.
-
The downside is they've both had a week being trained in Saints' tactics now.
-
Maybe the post match interview aggression stats?
-
He's a lot calmer than his last presentation. Which is a positive. - He says we believe in what we do. - He resisted some chances to answer fan criticism - He says the results aren't good enough - He says he did take responsibility at the weekend - He says the team is strong tactically - Just mentioned god giving him strength
