So not sacked in the morning , No transfer deals either ... Its all crap . I have supported Saints since 1974 but have recently taken to posting here and can only make 2 posts per day at the moment so I cant reply to the 30 comments . Jones must go desperate football ,every league game he stays condems us to the Championship This will be the last time I say Ralph would have been the better option till the end of the season or the club spent some money on his side. The supporters called for the end of Ralph and look what we got ... I don`t know how the club will get out of this situation . Just no urgency from the board to stop 7 weeks of devestation to a great club and its their baby , just what are they thinking .. Just to crazy to comprehend !

Ralph must be laughing his socks off ...He did so well with so little and now we see Southampton FC bare bones and all He did a great job with no money and crap managment , but he will laughing at whats happened since I did like Ralph and have a memory long enough to remember the shit shows we used to have after 4 years of Ralph , those that called for him to go have returned the club to the piss poor outfit we used to be ... Ralph had enough nouse to protect us from the clubs management ... now we are truely in a relegation fight though the points to 12th in the league are close . NJ had better be better than i`m expecting but the points are close enough a change of form makes a huge jump in this league at the moment .

I have it on good authority that Ralph's pay out was 10 million quid and that was STILL the lowest compensation amount of any sacked PL manager this season. Why hes still not our manager I`ll never know .

There was fight in the team , so much better game than Brighton and the game could have gone either way . Love or loath NJ we need him to perform in the current weeks as he is OUR manager . I think the squad did try for NJ against Fulham with significant improvement . Personaly I would have kept Ralph as he has never run the team as a relegation prospect in his 4 yrs here . The people calling for Ralph to go now have there just deserts ... Saints were a relegation nightmare before Ralph and here we are one month later in exactly the pre Ralph erea again ... Ralph needed money and did the best anyone could do with the stock we have ... Every manager is destined to fail with the current board .

Dyche would be like watching soup cool , Get some strikers on loan if we are skint . We make plenty of chances in every game but the poor finishing is killing the club . Over to the Board in January to solve the problem , no one likes Championship football ...

Had our efforts at goal gone in today life would look very different ... Loan 2 strikers and today our future games could look so different , we were not outplayed today on the pitch . But we were let down with our lack of being able to score . A problem common now to Ralph and NJ. Any manager needs the tools to do the job .. bring on the transfer window or we say hello championship !

West Ham ,Wolves and Forrest to go down . We need to loan 2 strikers who can actually score goals , at least that balances out the leaks at the back .

Ralph was the best at getting a stable team with no budget to survive the Premiership . Those that attacked him and created his downfall now have to ask themselves as to why after so much stabilaty he is now gone . Remembering the days pre Ralph were a nitemare with relegation comimg every season . Yous guys that called for his resignation have got to ask yourselves where the grass was or is greener . 2023 looks grim for Saints and the actions are well ahead of what NJ can salvage from here if anything . Probanly nothing from the last game !
