Not too surprising the door remains open. Saints in a stronger position over wages now and have insurance of being able to review medical data. There was never going to a) be a queue of clubs or b) many prepared to pay him what he was seeking. Stewart's biggest problem remains the medical, and he no longer has us as an 'out' for that. He will have to have everything crossed he can pass one. Really, really badly advised by his agent on this one. Agent should have run to saints with a signed contract in May.
