I wouldnt say he saved us the points by making a few good saves He contributed to the winning the points. You could say lambert actually won the points by scoring. Borat was not solely responsible for saving us the points.

Speaking of ex players from that era. I've spoke to mario licka a few times recently and he's doing great at breast. I liked him, when he got to play in his position he was a good little player. I agree with the above comment. Once again an unsettled defence is no good for a keeper. I personally think he had a steady game and contributed more than enough to help us win 3 points. His final save was a great save under pressure. Could have quite easily brought the player down if he had acted rashly. Credit where credit is due . He certainly earned the right to silence a few critics including me. Long may it continue . However I'm still worried its the calm before the storm

I've seen alot better players and strikers at that miss easier chances than the one mentioned above. Lovely fella who tried 100% Of all our current players gave 100% every game like he did we wouldn't be we're we are in the league now. The fans always need someone to blame and unfortunately for David he gets blamed for seeing us related for one miss. When in fact if our strikers didn't miss as many sitters in the games leading up to that we wouldn't have been in that position. Can we stick to slagging off out current players please as I'm good at that.

One of my pet hates with him is that he seems to over elaborate most shots. What seems to be a fairly straight forward take results in a parry or a over exaggerated diver or roll! If you you tube him and look at various compiled videos of his saves he seems to have this great ability of actually making them look like great saves when in fact they should have been a basic stop.
