In addition to positions, there are certain attributes that the team as a whole is lacking which we should be looking to bring in. Leadership is something we have sadly lacked since Fonte left. Physicality is another characteristic that we fail on and something that is especially needed in the Championship (and the PL). Finally, stamina was proved to be sadly lacking last year. So, hopefully the incoming players would be extremely fit and alongside that Will Still will be getting the retinue fit over the summer.
