If you intentionally set out to completely bankrupt a club it would go something like this ......... 1) Spend millions on kids that have no PL experience. Tick 2) Let your most experienced central Midfielder leave, for peanuts, and replace him with an 18 year old. Tick. 3) Give your goalkeeper a long expensive contract and then replace him with a 19 year old who plays in League 1. Tick 4) Realise that your main team issue is that you don't have a striker and then not sign one Tick. 5) Having made dreadful transfer decisions, blame the manager and sack him. Tick. 6) Appoint a new manager who hasn't managed in the premiership before and who has a mental disorder. Tick 7) Buy expensive strikers in the January window to suit mental disorders style of play and then sack him. Tick. The coup de grace, just in case the previous derelictions weren't actually enough, appoint the bag carrier for the original manager who has never actually managed and then tell him he is now the manager and has to keep us up. Tick. 9) Finally, sitting at the foot of the league, needing wins to survive pick a team without any strikers including the expensive strikers bought in January. Tick So Sports Republic, mission accomplished, Fucking genius. Fuckin wankers

Possibly. This was certainly the case with Matthew Oakley back in the day.

We have a few others that will be desirable. Adams, Bella Kotchap, Salisu, Bednarek.

I think he will go whether we stay up or not, unfortunately

I would be very happy with Potter as manager.

A mother buys her kids the labrador that they wanted for Xmas. The dog is loved by the kids and everyone is happy.

He is young but showed some real talent yesterday, particularly his pace and turning with the ball. I was disappointed when he was substituted as he was playing well.

Sorry, of this has been raised previously but surely I can't be the only one who is disappointed to take their seat at St. Mary's, glance up, only to see our most vociferous end of the ground totally handed over to the opposition fans rather than our own loyal Northam end contingent. That must give the away team a life and certainly seems to reduce the level of our own support, thereby handing the away team an advantage. I've heard previously that it is down to policing and security concerns. If this is true and there is no alternative then so be it. But, it would be great if there was some kind of alternative arrangement.

Agree with all of that Chez, although I thought Eli had a poor game, not just for missing those chances but also being too hesitant in good positions and/or choosing the wrong option. He seemed to be having a niggle with Broja over the course of the match, perhaps he thought he wasn't making the right runs? Although Elli has improved this season I still think this position is one that we need to improve upon in the transfer market.
