  1. He will only leave if he wants to go. At the moment he doesn't want to go as Pardew stated we had bids for him and he realises its better to play at Saints rather than go into a big teams reserves or go back on loan to the lower leagues. We don't need the cash and won't be forced by any shareholders or banks to sell so it is basically dependent on how quickly Saints progress as to whether Adam wants to stay or go.

  2. Their can't be anyone still alive who went to away games pre-war can there?

Why not? Someone that went with their Dad aged 5 in 1939 would be 75 now. There are Saints fans over the age of 75 you know ;)

  3. Next game would be the Southern Area semi-final, followed by the Southern Area Final (two legged I've learned tonight), followed by the overall final at Wembley against the Northern Area Final winners.

Sod the FA Cup, we won't win it - this is the most important cup.

All he had to do was type "Johnstones Paint Trophy" into google and it would have given him the competition's official website as the first link. I never understand why people ask questions such as these. Google is your friend ;) :D

  4. Norwich please. Would rather get them out of the way than them break our Wembley hearts.

It is impossible for us to play Norwich at Wembley in this!

The competition is spilt into north and south. We can only play Norwich in the 2 legged southern area final (home and away).

The final at Wembley is between the winners of southern and the winners of the northern section.

    I want...

Hereford at home in last 8

    MK Dons in Southern Final

Accrington Stanley at Wembley with 40k Saints fans :)

  5. Looking forward to the game; not looking forward to not being in the Northam.

Means you will have a decent view of the game if in the Itchen rather than the appalling one you get from being behind one of the goals.

  6. christian god lol

Would you have said that if you were born in Norway to Viking parents in 934 AD? No you wouldn't! You'd believe in Viking Gods. Why is Thor the Viking God of Thunder less valid than the Judeo-Christian God? There is just as much evidence for both. Why dismiss one God but not another? The Gods people worship are largely due to the time and country they are born into and the Gods their parents introduce them to. The religion of most people is an accident of birth and parentage, location and time period and not whether that religion has any credence other all the thousands of other religions throughout human history.

  7. TBH i dont not believe in god i jsut take it for what it is im just your average kid when it comes down to it. Evolution makes sense and just gods there too hah i just live my life you know.

Which God? There are 10,000 of them throughout human history.

  8. Well, either religion is "truth" or it isn't. If it isn't it is a construct of the human mind.

Therefore the notion that it's destruction would somehow "free" the human mind is a tad paradoxical IMO.

How is it a paradox? Not every human mind is a religious one. I am free from religious beliefs and if I were an architect I would be free to design buildings for public spaces or as an artist paint a picture or movie director make a film without the need to make sure it didn't offend or go against any religious scripture. A world with no religion equals creative freedom without restriction.
