My point was how does he know it is "substantial funds" as he put it? Hence why I put that bit and that bit only in bold.

We have 2 who have proved substantial funds and are now undertaking due diligence. Hopefully that will lead to a bid but there is no certainty.

Reading the reliable source that is Wikipedia, you could be onto something

1) Click on Lallana's profile

2) On the left hand panel click on training

3) In the info page there is a drop down box for new position

4) Depending on the players age, current ability in that position and other hidden stats it can take a few weeks or months to change position.

Who would have made this decision to bring him back?

The administrator isn't going to give the club an extra cost by paying off Mark Wotte early from his contract. Simply won't be allowed to happen, so no chance of a managerial change before the summer.
