Depends on how he approached it. If he'd come up and said "Hey, really sorry, I had to do what I had to do to make sure my team won, it was nothing personal" then I probably would. But if he just came up and arrogantly put his hand out after that shameful cheating then **** him.

I wonder if the reaction would be the same if Bobby Robson had refused to shake Maradona's hand after the infamous game (no idea if he did or not)

Aren't we two points behind Leeds? Granted that's still behind but it's hardly fair to suggest that he isn't doing a brilliant job because of a two point gap, especially when Leeds and Ipswich managers are seen to be working miracles (justifiability so in terms of Ipswich)
