Ed Rooney

You said we could have signed better more experienced keeper so i asked you who

Played a higher standard than I expect you could dream of…

Who cost more than Bazunu ? Who could we have signed ?

The fact you’ve referred to the tyro league when talking about football quality made me spit my coffee out. Well done 👏

😂😂😂😂😂😂 again no clue have you

You made the comparison

😂😂😂😂 yeah ok then, sorry but your just sticking out leg comment provided enough evidence. Ignore list

Nick Pope would never have chosen us over Newcastle

Other than Che Adams ?

He is gonna be a top class keeper - no doubt would have been afforded much more patience if he came through the academy.

😂😂😂😂 now I truly know you haven’t got a fuckin clue what your talking about

What a load of tosh, so none of the goals were poor marking, poor tracking back, giving the ball away stupidly and being punished

And it’s a defenders job to defend and a midfielders job to create and a strikers job to score and statistically none of our outfield players do enough of that so just get rid of the lot of them

😂😂😂😂 what a fuckin ridiculous statement, so he has cost saints on his own one goal a game has he.

Young footballer in making a mistake shocker

Also made two fantastic saves

This Has pulled off two fantastic saves pre season, one an absolute world class save… criticism comes to him very very quickly and praise is very rare. He’s still so young in particular for a keeper.

Finish

Has looked very good so far

Yeah defo

Mara really not impressing so far in pre season

Other than that your feeling quite positive following the first pre season game against champions league 1/4 finalists though yeah ?

2nd half was ok in possession until they passed it to Djenepo

Agree, you can’t concede that many goals and finish well but… Hopefully at this level, we can significantly improve our general play and keep it up the other end a bit more, have a bit more in midfield on and off the ball, create more chances and score more than the piss poor totals we had in the Prem, that was absolutely a major factor in our premiership survival. Unfortunately there are many more experienced over rated outfield players to worry about above a 21 year old who clearly has potential and will only get better year on year. i agree that Prem football was probably too early for him as GK’s in particular generally take longer to mature to top level, but he is defo not shit and quite often the goals he had no chance with last season were made out on here to be mistakes by him. Got a bit ridiculous in the end In my opinion.

Yeah of course he is
