  1. They pass the Fat and p*stup Person Test. Does that count?
  2. And given the result factually incorrect.
  3. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-22110898 What, no mention of fatpipes? Its an outrage.
  4. Just to remind ourselves what the alternative pompey definition of 'shortly' is let us remember this post from November: Yes, still no financial projects as far as I can see and now 5 months later.
  5. I think the loan from the property developer is over 4 years so he is referring to the total time to have both paid off not that both are over 4 years.
  6. I am as shocked as you are!
  7. Completely surprised to find no sign of the details on their website yet.
  8. Of course they could decide never to close the share issue in which case even with one person signing up a year they could still claim that the PST will eventually hold the majority.
  9. 3 + .35 + 2 + .5 +.35 = 6.2
  10. Would it not be funny if to guarantee that the agreed add ons are paid to chinny that the judge let him hold a new charge against fratton park?
  11. No they are not obliged to convert their pledges. I believe that to proceed as they have done they must have got one or more of the HNW individuals to underwrite the share issue to the fans (i.e. cover the short fall if not enough pay up the full amount for them to proceed). If that the case then there is very little incentive for the average punter to now pay up. Previously they were strung the line "Pay up to save the club" but now all that could be said is "Pay up so we have an outside change of getting 51% of the ownership". Not exactly going to have people rushing to the bank I would suspect.
  12. I wonder if the up front costs and the total of the charges come to about 6.3 million? That would be a coincidence would it not?
  13. The cunning plan is obviously to continue with the old ways. "Hello Pompey can you pay your addon's please..." "Sorry you must have mistaken us for a club that pays it bills"
  14. I guess any deal would have to involve Chinny getting more money. But where would it come from? Unless the deal is about adding an overage clause?
  15. Tom Dubber ‏@TomDubber137s Asked the court usher if this delay is for more reading time. She said no. Your guess is as good as mine. Deal being done? #pompey
  16. Bet all those who are in their 'victory' lounge following events consider it a day well spent so far...
  17. I am going with selling to PST at the agreed price but that the judge will add an overage clause for the remainder of what Chinny is owed should it be redeveloped or later resold.
  18. Is he sure she is not just there by coincidence, possibly as a defendant in another trial??
  19. High Noon?
  20. Which will probably go something like... Pompey court case. to be heard from 10.30 tomorrow Court 31 Rolls Building Mr Justice Peter Smith
  21. I think the problem is that people are concentrating more on the number of points between us and the relegation zone over the number of other teams between us and the relegation zone. We might have a bad week or two but the chances are one or more of the teams below us will also have a run of bad results. Next weekend Norwich are away to Arsenal, Sunderland are away to Newcastle, Stoke are at home to Man U and Wigan next match is away to Man City. If we were 6 points above the the bottom 3 and 4th from bottom I would be more worried but the number of other teams between us and them, most of whom have harder run ins than us, make relegation a lot less likely.
  22. So we will probably get a prediction from him fairly soon then. and.. Not quite true is it Mr Allen. I believe the statement for the league is as follows: The two key parts that leave the door open to another result besides trust or bust are highlighted: The preference for the trust is 'currently' and so the league can change its mind. The loss of membership is dependent on both the PST bid failing and pompey not exiting administration. So if the PST bid failing but the club comes out of admin with another party it would not result in the loss of membership.
  23. Another thing to note is that of the teams listed we are the only one that has at least a week between each game (Sat, Sat, Sat, Sat, Sun & Sun)
  24. Surely this all depends on how far back you go when determining current form?
  25. I wanted to show that 9th is possible more than list all the clubs withn 6 points so it makes sense to me. You servitude is noted.
