So, going by the rumours on here, even though I have been to 3 of the JPT matches this season, I am still likely to miss out on tickets due to moving away and not being available for midweek games. If none of these tickets go on general sale, I will be really rather annoyed.

I know it's bad, but I've put a tenner on MK Dons to win tonight, mainly beacuse: a) I never win and b) It will take a tiny bit of the sting out of missing out on Wembley.

Sorry, but the fact that I am in the middle of buying a house, including doing 8 weeks of renovations whilst already working 60 hours a week means that my weekends and evenings aren't as free as they were earlier this season when I attended most games.

What I want to know is whether NC just wants to get to the Playoffs, or if his expectation is promotion via the playoffs. If he expects promotion, I feel he is being unrealistic due to the lottery of the playoffs and as such, possibly needs to reign in expectations.

I have a horrible feeling we may well take on the QPR model. God, I really, really hope not.

Good post, very well put. I think most people do have perspective, and we all know who the dissenters are going to be on every thread. They're entitled to their opinion though, it's just a shame they have to inflict it on the rest of the sane world.

Erm, honestly, I think Rupert might have. He might have had some wacky ideas, and he may have been smug and unlikeable, BUT he was actually quite a polite man, and I think in this situation he would jhave done similar. Not taking anything away from NC, who I am so damn impressed with.

Let's not make this about Rupert, I think even 19C will admit we're in a better position now.
