  1. I really hope you are right, but lets face it we will lose. Football is now all about money and we are very poor. No one will be happier than me if we win,but after the last time i dont want to be on the receiving end of a Manure hammering.
  2. Mate i have supported OUR TEAM for more years than i care to remember. The last four seasons have been the worst i have ever seen, yet still i go ,even on a manky Tuesday night to watch us draw against Plymouth in a very boring game. How many of those going for the Manure game would have gone to most games this season?
  3. Im sorry Window Cleaner i cant agree with you. Today i went to the game and the atmosphere was flat. There wasnt many fans and those who were there didnt sing so much. I believe we are down to the hardcore fans, but even they seem like they have had enough because the numbers are still falling.
  4. Why are you bothering/? We dont even know who will be here and most of the stadium will be full of plastic Manure fans taking the P-iS-s when they go 5-0 up. At the moment we dont stand a chance in hell. How will we fare when most of our loans go back to their original clubs?
  5. But Chez the fact we dont win at home and the fact that half of our fan base dont turn up,i would have to disagree with you.
  6. Absolutely a contender for post of the week.
  7. I watched McGoldric today and he didnt want to run for any balls that were played to him. He is very lazy and seems to have an inflated opinion of himself. Put him in the reserves and let him prove himself.
  8. How about "Down, down, deeper and down",by Status Quo for starters?
  9. But unless we start to win the home games, the crowds wont return.
  10. Ok then.........Lowe out!!!!
  11. Normally i just dismiss most things i am told, but this comes from a trusted source. I dont want this to end up in an anti Lowe post, but i think that it just proves that he has to be in control of everything, despite it having nothing to do with him.
  12. Why? Lowe should only be bothered about the finances and trying to keep our team together. This sounds like Lowe trying to control everything that doesnt concern him.
  13. Today it was brought to my attention (from a very good source),that Rupert even has to pick the music that is played over the loud speaker. Should he have that much input on our club? Surely he has more pressing things to worry about(like our finances)?rather than what music is played?
  14. nickh please believe me when i say i would gladly put my dislike of Rupert to one side if his total football experiment was working. But sadly its not is it? Look at today.Sheffield Wed were a very poor side and we should have won at least by two goals, but instead we defend like schoolkids after scoring one goal. If we had a manager who knew about the English game(Pearson),we might have been able to counter the attacking team, but because we dont have a plan B,nothing changes and we begin to let in goals. Like it or not Rupert is bad for Saints. Most of the fanbase hate him and a few wont even go while hes there. Im not looking for someone to blame,im just very ****ed off seeing the club i love go down the pan because of bad leadership.
  15. I spoke to a few players after todays game and jokingly asked wheres Rupert? They said he was upstairs drinking champange with other shareholders. If they are happy enough with todays performance, then we are in trouble.
  16. Brilliant post. The way we are playing will lead to our relegation. Its always pretty football, but then one touch too many. We cant finish teams off and always fumble around until the away team score. I looked around the ground today and saw about three people in the Chapel and a lot of the ground with many empty seats. This total football makarky isnt working.Lowe please just go now.
  17. Make me the third to agree with Windmill.
  18. But Calvin my old mate,us Gingers being a superior race will need some low intelligent life forms to help us do the menial jobs ,so you need not worry about being killed off!! :-)
  19. Thing is she never realised it was really me in a pantomime horses outfit. It was ages until she found out!!
  20. Yes i do wish that Faz. I just think the club have missed a chance to say thanks to ST holders and maybe encourage a few more back into the fold. I have to buy three STs which is a lot of money to pay upfront, then after i have bought them, the free bus is stopped and the reserve team suddenly become the first team.Ok thats the chance i take, but now not only do i have to move my seat(block 42),i am now asked to pay nearly £100 to hear plastic Manure supporters cheering everytime they score. Why do i bother to get a ST?
  21. When we were at Millwall a few seasons back and there was a rather large "lady" in the home fans end dressed in a pink tracksuit....."One Vicky Pollard, theres only one Vicky Pollard". Quality.
  22. Well they are definately missing something that would make their community so much better. Everyone needs a bit of ginger in them!
  23. Barto we are not in the Premiership anymore and £30 is far too much to pay to see Manure rip us to pieces. I expect our ST prices to rise if we are ever promoted, but the way we are taken for granted and the fact i have to pay the same price as a New Forest supporting Manure fan is totally wrong.
  24. As a few posters have said already,i think £30 for a ticket is far too expensive. I have had a ST throughout the bad times and believe me ive seen some very bad times. Would have been nice for the club to have said £20 for those who are ST holders as a thankyou, but i suppose i wont hold my breath while Lowes still here.
  25. Blimey id forgotten about that. Good old Beattie.
