Yes he probably has ambition to go to a top six once more but right now his reputation isn't what it was due to one failure, he needs to show he still has it at a club like ours, that said yes ultimately we'd be a stepping stone but we are always a stepping stone for both managers & players that's how it works unfortunately, and I'd rather have a couple of years success than not

How would you rate his time at the club so far? For me it's a 6/10 at best good spells but by far the most inconsistent manger in this League just as capable of losing nine nil as winning three nil, he can count himself extremely lucky to survive the worst defeats in our history and several long runs of dreadful dreadful form, we will see what he's made of this season when he can't hide under the excuse that it's not his team, will another 15th be good enough or have we finally got some ambition?

Exactly this you play a style which suits your players and a style you are good at, we've been doing the complete opposite, yes it worked for a while but not long term and especially when other teams learn you have nothing else to bring to the table!

The only way in which there should be any scenario in which Ralph gets another season is if Danny Rohl comes back & that ain't gonna happen! Ralph may have been the coach but clearly Rohl was the only one taking care of the tactical side!
