I think it's clear that Tonda would have known efl rules he worked as a assistant manager at Barnsley for a couple of years.... Wish he'd just be honest.... Not sure I belive the PR video that he's really sorry... Seemed more sorry he got caught... He is a talented manager it seems so he will get a second chance if not with us then another club abroad maybe

Tonda should be made to stay and the contract should stipulate it's an ongoing contract where you can't leave until promotion is achieved and each season it's not achieved a 20% wage cut... It's the only way and he owes us! 😜 that said do we want to be stuck with him he's probably useless without the spying 😂

I definitely think our attitude (be that of tonda and those above) contributed to the seriousness/harshness of the outcome.... If we had been more humble and transparent from the beginning instead of assuming a fine/points deduction would be the only outcome and the players were properly briefed not to antagonise the situation by jokes and stupidity ala THB it was obvious they weren't going to like being goaded

The issue I see is most players will be blaming him and not wanting to. Play for him, the better players are off without doubt not only that players will be seeking compensation and we will be left with the poor players with resentment towards him, what happens if we have another bad run surely it would turn hostile pretty quick? There just isn't a sceneario where I can see he stays, although I would be partly open to it if he gets some humility suddenly as we simply aren't going to get better that wants to come here.

I don't think there's anyway he can stay realistically, most players and fans aren't going to want him anywhere near the club and I was one of those.. I would be prepared to accept him staying if he showed more humility and truly apoligized to fans with a thorough explanation of why he did what he did and why he deserves a second chance from us! I don't think humility is in his nature though, I also need him to blink more to prove he isn't an Android! And ditch the serial killer eyes 😜

I voted yes they should sack him, I am angry make no mistake! But on reflection I'm. Coming round to the idea that he may be the only manager with the skills to put this whole mess right! And he owes us big time! That said do the players want him? and do we want a manager that's always going to be associated with cheating forever more! Its difficult and he may be banned from management anyway
