He's got some good ideas and certainly won't stand for underperforming players he is young and hungry for more success... It's either a master stroke or another serious misjudgedment. Noone is going to turn an unfit team with an inground losing mentality and an poor attitude overnight we need to give him time 15 games or so before we judge... It is a gamble whatever way you look at it but maybe we need to be bold who knows! .... The only thing that im not too keen on is insisting his brothers get roles... I get good vibes that still will not tolerate under performing players... Sullemana is a prime example of ability not reaching it's performance potential, he has the ability but not the work ethic or footballing brain.... I know he's not popular with everyone on here but could a returning Che Adams do a good job for us in the championship? I rate his qualities and determination at holding the ball up in midfield and he is capable of a wonder strike or two, yes he misses some sitters but don't they all! certainly a better option than AA or Archer I feel

Both lost their opening match one nil, both only one win, Martin reaching 5 points in 16 games!, juric reaching 4 points in 14 games!.... Both horrendous records.... To be fair neither had many premier league players at their disposal probably just 3 (ramsdale, KWP and fernandes who looks capable of the step up) how can you expect to compete with an made of glass Stewart, AA onuachu & archer as your strike options possibly the worst 4 the premier league has ever seen!

Whoever gets appointed is going to be a championship level manager that won't be at the level needed for the premier league should we ever make it back there (and it definitely won't be first attempt again), sports republic need to be clear with them from the outset that a parting of ways and a large bonus after promotion instead of gambling on them suddenly being good enough for the next level. Comparing Martin and jurics results is scary! both equally as shit in nearly every way juric takes the record for making a bad team even worse and conceding even more! May as well have stuck with Martin if they had an even bigger clown lined up!

I would like to see a complete squad overhaul with only the players that truely want to be here staying... It's obvious that we will loose dibling and Kyle walker peters, I am preying we can convince fernandes to give us one season in the championship as he's been one of the few glimmers of hope in a disastrous season but that looks unlikely as clubs are already circling!

Listening to the interview with spors he comes across quite confident that he can get the club back on track and lead the way with recruitment.... Reading between the lines I can't see that anyone other than Rohl will be brought in... With his connections and praise of him
