Getting rid means confessing that are absolutely useless at managerial appointments and a complete laughing stock.... But then we all knew that already! The only way SR are going to consider fucking off/selling is if St Mary's is totally empty every week and we all know that isnt going to happen

To me he should have three more games max to sort this shit show out... More losses or no signs of improvement than he has to go as harsh as that may sound... I don't think the players truly believe in him which is a problem!

This sums it up really... His time is up but we all know SRs replacement would be even worse so what's the point? Till SR decide they are done with their plaything the mess and pain goes on!

It's like Sport repubic go who would be a good manager with experience of both the championship and higher and then employ exactly the opposite!

We have to give him a few more games but we seriously need to see some evidence that he can turn it around.... I've not seen a lot that prooves he's either tactically astute can make players better or can motivate them... Add that to weird formations and it's not a good recipe, also I'm not sure the players are fully playing for him at the moment

We need someone in now with the experience to stop the rot and make us hard to beat! We aren't going to be instantly winning games but we need someone in who has the experience to stop us making basic basic defensive errors

They are so bad they are making the days of Lowe & co and gao seem like golden years!
