Not sure still is going to turn things around if I'm honest.. Comes across ok and maybe a decent coach in time but isn't what we need right now and I've seen nothing so far that he is capable if gelling a team together... Looks a bit lost.. Think the next 5 games are crucial as to whether he has a future at the club! Which begs the question why are SR so awful at managerial recruitment? Surely it's getting embarrassing for them now and an untenable situation!

We need to see a few signs along the lines of "sport republic you couldn't run a bath let alone a football club! Chance after chance to get it right and failed!" At the next game

This to a certain extent is true and it's still early days but not overly convinced by WS not sure the players have belief in him yet but better results will bring that belief

Yes tbf he doesn't come across as a natural leader or someone that can inspire players in interviews at least ...... But if he's a decent coach we can get the results... But is he a decent coach?

I'm being positive and understand that we would all have taken a point at the start but we rarely seem to be able to close out leads... Today borough got lucky but it always seems to happen to saints... Create our own luck and all that. For me the verdict is very much in the balance for WS.... Of course he should be given more time but so far he can't coach a defence we leak way too many goals and don't score enough, does he know his best team and formation? What is our actual style? Yes he has a difficult task getting new players to gel and perform at their best but is 7 points in seven games and no wins in the last 5 showing signs of improvement?
