It's pretty obvious Tonda Is here to stay for the rest of this season but he best not be here next season.....bar him suddenly achieving the greatest turn around in form and tactics we have ever seen.... Which isn't looking likely... He looks like another Sport Republic dud that got lucky for four or five games and they mistook it for talent!

Sport Republic should be no where near running any football club that's for sure... They just limp from one disaterous decision to another! Seems the people making major decisions at the club have zero insight or experience in the football world! and Unfortunately we are stuck with them so the cycle will continue. We can't remove them but we can and should be making it more difficult for them!

Their probably by is some truth in this to be fair.... The timing of play attacking football well to get Tonda the job and then return to russball for an easy ride seems too much of a coincidence.... There is definitely huge culture issues at the club and half the squad look lazy and slow and just going through the motions!

I don't think that will make any difference under Tonda he just doesn't seem to have the tactical awareness needed at this level to change things up when they aren't working...
