Generally agree In most cases you know if a player is going to make the grade by 22, of course theres exceptions JWP is 26 but only really hit a more consistent form a couple of years ago

You are mad if you think n'lundulu would be any kind of an upgrade, all I can see is that he offers a physical lump presence & looks strong but looks a complete carthorse in terms of finesse & footballing skill, his tackling is the clumsiest I've ever seen

He is not in good form at the moment no-one can deny that & sure he shouldn't be beyond critisism but what seperates him from Redmond is work rate & attitude he mostly gives. 90-100% effort & is still getting in the right positions he still works hard off the ball and there is a player that had the potential to improve, I also like that he doesn't give up on chasing down keepers etc to put pressure on them, I just can't see that Redmond will improve as he is pretty much 27 and has already passed his peak

Maybe this is all part of Ralph's plan he loves us so much & is so desperate to stay he is prepared to lose multiple games just so the big clubs don't come sniffing 😂😂 That's a sound theory right?

He had a few good games the first season when he arrived but nothing since, he is 27 in a few days & what you see is what you get now I.e repeated bad decisions & constant losing of posession, he isn't going to miraculously improve from any kind of coaching as he never had a football brain to begin with, I thank him for his contribution to the club but it's best for both parties if he moves on, would be a no brainer to get him off the wage bill.

What gave we got like 13 or so games left? And we are on total relegation form, the games are fast disappearing, we have to turn this around & fast starting with Sheffield United, there can be no excuses not to take three points. People say no danger of relegation but I'm not so sure, losing becomes a habit & at the moment one goal is enough against us

Last night was so frustrating at times we looked ok and did some good moves but there was absolutely zero threat in the final third third from us and Everton knew that, at one point we had 70% posession & Everton were more than happy for us to have it as we didn't do anything dangerous with it whatsoever, they literally didn't have to get out of second gear and reserved energy for the next game, we only decided to bring the game to Everton in the final five minutes there can be no excuses for that where's our sense of urgency!
