A key game for us, we need to take something from this be it a point in a goaless draw even, anything to stop the rot! I fear if we are on the end of another hammering we will be mentally too fraggile to recover our season & things could get very nasty, seven losses in a row seems unthinkable. Noones calling for his head they are just saying he has to be accountable for some things I.e our regular poor second half performances, record of points lost from winning positions, questionable substitutions and general lack of a plan b. No ones unsympathetic to the injuries hand he's been dealt & the poor decisions but we can't keep hiding behind that.

Yes we've had inconsistent verging on terrible decisions but how long can we hide behind that and blame everyone bar RH fact is we didn't turn up second half and paid the price! You wouldn't last anywhere with two 9-0s, six straight losses and the worst points dropped from winning positions of any team yet Southampton seems to be the club that is possible

This we have no answer to teams who know how to counter our style, the high press is good to watch when it works but it's a high risk strategy and clearing isn't working at the moment, I like RH but he's showing no signs of being able to mix it up just persisting with the same old thing and his second half performances are terrible

I think as a fanbase we have been patient, two nine Nils, six losses in a row, leads thrown away repeatedly, nearly always poor the second half of games, where does the goodwill end?

He has been good for us and we won't get better (but maybe we need something different?) He has had bad injuries and bad decisions but at the same time has to be accountable for poor second half tactics and inability to defend a lead at some point

This as much as RH deserves all our goodwill & by no means am I saying he deserves to go but his record on defending leads is atrocious & his second half tactics when teams switch it up also non existent

Six games in a row lost conceding a lead yet again (to an appalling decision) we do have to start questioning our second half tactics in games though
