Noones calling for his head they are just saying he has to be accountable for some things I.e our regular poor second half performances, record of points lost from winning positions, questionable substitutions and general lack of a plan b. No ones unsympathetic to the injuries hand he's been dealt & the poor decisions but we can't keep hiding behind that.

Yes we've had inconsistent verging on terrible decisions but how long can we hide behind that and blame everyone bar RH fact is we didn't turn up second half and paid the price! You wouldn't last anywhere with two 9-0s, six straight losses and the worst points dropped from winning positions of any team yet Southampton seems to be the club that is possible

Ralph seems at the end of his tether at interview, understandable. I think he doesn't know where to go from here
