There are deep rooted problems at the club that are probably deeper than just the manager but you have to get that appointment right to have any chance of building on something for the future, I know it's difficult to convince any top manger to manage in the championship but we have to aim higher than the three disastrous appointments we have made that didn't have the credentials on paper even, if it has to be a continental manager than so be it but someone the players can respect and want to play for and ultimately a style that suits the players we have, we've bought in millions so the there's no excuse not to get the right man in now surely?
