You've only got to look at facebook and as soon as anyone mentions best fans, best atmosphere, best anything the skates are always in the first two or three replies stating themselves as being the best. i find the DOF of football a bit of an odd one. It seems they want to dictate the style of play, pick the manager, sign the players take the credit when it goes well but not really carry the can when it goes wrong. People raved about Wilcox and he spoke well but before joining us he'd only ever run youth teams and now he's trying to dictate how a club like Man United play. All very odd.

If you think our 1885 group is embarrassing i think i've just read the most cringeworthy thing i've ever seen. Apparently in 1986 to celebrate the first all merseyside FA Cup final Liverpool and Everton did a joint open top bus parade. There were 3 buses Liverpool had the first two Everton got the third. On the first bus Liverpool had their League Trophy, on the second their FA Cup trophy, Everton on this third bus had nothing to show. Some players refused to join and were fined two weeks wages.
