I think morgan, fonte and jaidi all deserved 7. Morgan was good.

Lambert is certainly a back on form now. He was superb again today. Would like to see another left back and another centre back to go with fonte and maybe another big forward to give ricky a rest occasionally.

Was I the only one to think that lallana's finishing was poor today? He had 5 attempts in first half and hit the target once. Worked his socks off and is class but his finishing was poor today and tbh its the one area he can improve. Thought morgan was superb and lambert was great but will he needs to finish better as he usually does

If theres one slight criticism of us over last few game its that we arent clinical enough with our chances. I hope it doesnt bite us today, need that second goal, love it to be ricky

Lambert seems like he is doing everything really well except scoring. Hes in the gamethe whole time and made the goal but really want him to score

Dont get me wrong chaplow played well but how people can mark him above morgan today is beyond me. Morgan was wonderful last 30 mins as was ricky.

He was solid as. Also you must have missed his slide rule ball through to lallana when lallana missed at start. I thought he was our best player today. However our own fans love jumping on our best player when hes down so what do they expect? He is blatantly injured but today especially first half was good. Lallana however escapes criticism when today he was very poor. He ran into trouble all day. He is very annoying at times. I dont think newcastle would be stupid enough to go for lallana, for me he is nowhere near prmier league class

Its easy to blame the talisman of the game all the time in lambert. But lets take this game on its own. Lambert was the best player on the field for us today imo. I saw him win a lot of balls in the air especially in the first half and I thought his touch was very good today. It wasnt his fault today but pretty much everyone elses. Butterfield I thought was okay. Marks are: Davis 4-However doesnt make many mistakes and not a problem for us. Butters 6 Jaidi 5-Played fine other than his fault for second goal partly. CBourne 1-Awful buy rubbish player. Dickson 4-Not good enough for me. Oxlade chamberlain 4-Too early for him, hes an impact sub. Punchon should be playing imo. Hammond 3-Doesnt do anything. Morgan 4-Adkins isnt playing him in right postition. Hes a holding midfielder. Lallana 4-I think he isnt as good as people make out. His final ball is poor at times. Guly 3-Rubbish display. Lambert 6-Played final other than not scoring again which is concern. Lay off him not his fault today. Jury is out on adkins. Starting to think getting rid of pardew was a mistake and when we did should have got better than adkins. I just dont understand why we sent punchon on loan. Stupid. We knew holmes was injury prone. Can we call him back? I know he was off form but so was everyone else?

Yes he did win pretty much every tackle and every header. Lallana gave the ball away for the goal and I thought adam was pretty poor today. Jaidi was immense/

No lambert is the best striker we have. Believe you me he will be the player that comes up trumps when we need him for the big games. I think too many of our fans are writing him off. I thought he looked a lot fitter against dagenham in the week

Chaplow our best player by far? WTF. Chamberlain was outstanding. Lambert had a stinker? If you actually watched you would realise that ricky made some very good runs tonight. He is fit now and as he said in the echo is lacking confidence. He made a load of runs that were unnoticed especially in second half and is having to play a different role under adkins. I for one reckon he will adjust but felt sorry for him tonight. He wanted a goal badly and the only thing I question adkins for is why he took him off when it would have been great for ricky to score. Dont jump on the bandwagon. Ricky will come good but he tried hard tonight

Can we ever have a team to be proud of? One false bloody dawn after another! It was obvious that we needed to bring back jaidi. We beat sheff weds away with him playing and the manager said he was superb. Seaborne and fonte arent strong enough to play away from home, neither are first defenders, they play off someone else like jaidi. Bring back Le tiss ffs
