Drove home for 3 hours avoiding all radio etc and even though I was breaking my neck for a p!ss, I refused to stop in case someone had a radio on in the service station. Got home, managed to get in the door without seeing the neighbours, hit the fast forward button on sky plus to skip pre-match ramble, but, keeping my finger on the button too long, the bloody thing skipped to the end of the recording and locked on to a freeze frame of Lampard and Clichy being interviewed post-match. Had to watch the entire damn recording knowing that I'd almost certainly seen the motm or at least one of the goal-scorers being interviewed.

So we're looking for a bro with stamina and a very large … vocabulary.

An ex-work colleague – one of the nicest-natured blokes I've ever met – was a victim of domestic abuse.
