Hope we get on and appoint him tomorrow, if we are going to. No time for dawdling around getting ready for next season, we need to get on with it and set the tone for close season bulk changes.
-
Good to see Adam Armstrong get a goal, hopefully he can recapture his form next season. And Sulemana with two, again a confidence boost. Defence needs to be compete reworked though.. That first Liverpool goal sums us up this season.
-
If we start next season with the same strikers and play one up front, then we'll know the big change in philosophy amd style that is needed for the challenge ahead has not happened. We need a refresh up there and a clinical striker to change the current narrative. Tella coming back would help.

He got one touch so far and gave the ball back to them.
-
Brighton so wasteful today. Could easily be 5 or 6-1
-
Ballard hasn't had a touch yet.
-
Yet he was the closest player. No one else even bothered going out to meet him. Agree in general though, he's useless.
-
Yep. All the time in the world to take it down. Set himself and hit it hard. No challenge coming in.
-
That is never offside. A large pixel line drawn up on a split second still. Joke.
-
Great sound from the away fans. Well done to everyone that is there! Well done for sticking with the club despite the recent crap.
-
I'm going for 5-0. Ferguson to get his hat trick. A Bednerak OG. And Mitoma.
-
HT. Team with no strikers hasn't scored goal. Team with striker has two. That may seem an obvious outcome. But not to Selles..
-
There has been lots of shots of him passing on information to the players during the game. Showing them a tablet etc. And the end result has been we've actually become worse...
-
Game after game, defeat after defeat and Selles does the exact same formation and tactics and expects a better outcome. Is he actually from Portsmouth?
-
So weak. One run, one ball and goal. Remember, Selles and the players apparently prepare during this week.
-
Equally he had all the time in the world to control the ball, set himself and hit it as hard as he could from close range. No challenge came in at all.
-
I know today doesn't matter but for crying out loud man, pick a striker! He's blind. Has no idea. Should have been sacked after Fulham.
-
I'm concerned. He lacks experience which I feel we need in order to rebuild properly. That may work against us during a long season. He doesn't have the pull factor of Vince Kompany who Burnley managed to attract despite being in Championship. Feels like SR trying to be smart and making one of their Nathan Jones style appointments that nobody saw coming and so far all their gambles have made us worse. But I actually know very little about him and his style and attributes. Without doubt its another gamble we have to hope it pays off.
-
Although he lacks end product, at least Sulemana tries. Nobody else putting themselves about.
-
We have put the least amount of effort in as possible today. Least effort all season. Selles should be symbolically sacked tonight for successfully leading us to a relegation.
-
Fear the worst from the next two games. Utter humiliation.
-
Farcical.
-
Jones attitude and demeanor combined with the poor results meant he had to go. But we didn't have to replace him with Selles.
-
Nothing left to fight for except professional pride. The players have none of that.

Nice training match for Fulham. Most of our lot are already dreaming of the hols and their next club.
