Every player has given their all that half. Amazing workrate and each one just trying everything with no fear. Great half. -

City attitude is lax. We've not taken advantage yet. They eventually sort that out. -

Tonight's lineup just goes to show how much we still need to do in this transfer window. -
Lyanco again...... Got away with it.

Gifted, but we'll take it. We have scored more than 1 goal .. wow.
-
Confidence is probably completely destroyed at this stage.
-
Sounds like we scored by accident.
-
Lampard will be gone by then and Everton will have the new manager bounce for that game.
-
Looks like a decent signing. Experienced winger who can score goals. Surely can't be as bad as Ely.
-
I was a bit surprised to see the BBC including in their Summary section: "Nathan Jones under pressure at Southampton following home defeat by Nottingham Forest" It's unusual for them to be like that about someone so new to the job and as an outsider (their perspective) you'd assume is in no danger of being sacked already. Clearly the fan discontent is having some impact "out there" and just how poor we've been has been noticed. It's not just the echo chamber of Saintsweb.
-
Based on the after match comments from him and JWP I would say he'll be here for quite a while yet.
-
Jones was surprised at the boos after his team didn't muster one shot on target and have now lost 6 league games in a row. And he says he was surprised??
-
Is anyone on the board even watching though. Do they even care?
-
Surely another manager could do something different with the squad available. Jones watched his failing tactics for about 85 minutes tonight before changing it.
-
We have had some lows since our return to the Premier League. But this is by far the worst. We've even managed to break our record run of defeats with 6 in a row. Even back in the 90's we didn't manage that. Can see that stretching a lot further. Squad is weakest we've had for years. No quality. No real desire. We've got basically a youth team keeper in goal... Pretty much no chance of survival just 20 more painful games to watch and a chance to get the record for being furthest adrift of safety award come the end of the season.
-
Time for SR to hold up their hands and admit it was a mistake. Now is the perfect time to bring in a new man and some new players and set it right.
-
20 games left - can't see where we'll even get another goal from, let alone a point.
-
Literally could not do any worse.
-
Must win game against one of the worst teams in the league. We've played 5 at the back, had 5 shots and none on target. Jones has no clue.
-
I'd take that right now. I think it'll be 2-0 Forest.
-
We look a bit brighter but total lack of quality still shows. No end product.
-
Things were very bad under Ralph. But I reckon we'd have won at least one of the last 4 games. Second half can only get better.
