I agree. We've not had the decisions in our favour but that excuse only goes so far. Ralph's tactical range for example is extremely limited. Even right now we are fixed rigidly in his way.

Starting to think maybe Ralph has taken us as far as he can. Plenty of positives from his tenure but we need some new ideas.

I am surprised Ralph didn't make more changes yesterday. We had Djenepo on the bench who likes to run and beat players to create things for example. He only made one sub the entire game, N'Lundulu who is frankly the slowest footballer I've ever seen. Tella might have injected some pace into proceedings.

5 league defeats in a row for the first time since 1998. It's relegation form. Our good start may well save us, but the rot is well and truly set in. Ralph has to find a way to stop us losing. Players look devoid of confidence.
