Head for the Norflok Arms it is 5 mins from Colchester Train Station, you can park up there and use the shuttle buses £1.50 each.
-
Surley we will have more that 500 on the terrace, easy to get to by train, only short trip on the tube over to Kings x, then 40 mins up to Peterbo, + late KO so loads of drinking time and no rush to get up there, also you can do a group save.
-
You can do a group save with First Capitial Connect £30 each from Soton Parkway, not sure if East Coast trains do a group save.
-
Does any one know if Cross Country trains ran today between 9am - 10am ?

Hi we went went for a off peak group save need 4 of you to do this works out £15 each, we are going from Eastleigh/C Ford at 9.50am change at Romsey for the Bristol train to FAW, I have always kept the train tickets in the wallett they give you for tickets and if the guard comes round just flash them at him, never known them take all the tickets out, think worse case would be they tell you to get off the train and catch the later one, if you came back on the 18.09 from FAW it is going to be packed with Saints fans anyway, have done this route many times Bristol,Cardiff etc never had my tickets checked either way cos the train is so crowded. -

I have checked and double checked, the rail works starts on the Sunday 2/05, best route is Soton-Clapham,Clapham-Victoria,Victoria-Gillingham, if you catch the 9.00 from Soton you get into Gillingham 11.40am.
-
Yes you are right mate thank god for that, 9.00 from Southampton change at clapham for victoria, then on to Gillingham gets you there for 11.40ish result.
-
Yea I popped into local train station and they said engineering works from the 1st May all that weekend between Eastleigh and Basingstoke, hope they are wrong ?
-
Going to The Bell first on preston road then on to the Arrow on way to the ground.
-
Do you happen to know if this will be seated and what stand ?
-
Most appear to be catching the 10.10am from Southampton getting into Yevoil for 11.35am, think this train stops at Gillingham.
