I know my feelings on those that have committed hideous crimes . And I disagree with some of the interpretations this Strasbourg lawyers put on law . Yes these vile people may be incarcerated and tortured in prison till they die according to some liberal minded lawyers . . But are they really tortured . Where do they get this crap from .apart from grabbing the headlines .brady is looked after 24/7. As for the other argument that some of these creatures might reform if they knew they had a chance of release . It's a difficult argument. Lets release Bamber Brady and co and if they have reform or kill again . If they kill again then those judges who made the decision should be sent to prison and share a cell with the likes f Brady .

It's cases like this. Which confirms the HRA should be reviewed . This is not why the various articles were introduced all those decades ago . But lawyers over the years look for ways to distort the truth and in doing so forget about the victims . Quatada , bamber, brady , bridger et al all murdered many innocent people but they seem to have more rights than the victims and relatives of this crime . The HRA should revert to the originally reason the articles were introduced and not used to protect terrorist or frivolous claims being made under the act

I do not have much time for Gazza he has access to all sorts of high class help . Unless he finds within himself to sort himself then he is going to end up having a liver transplant or die . What hacks me off about the public out pouring for gazza is that a former medic colleague of mine was told her son needs a liver transplant he's 25 and it is not alcohol related Problem. its tragic news. I hope he gets one before the likes of Gazza. best got one but he nevervturned himself around . when that liver could have gone to someone more deserving . After all When I had leterally just arrived at Aberdeen airport from heathrow , I went for a Pee and next minute My self and one other passenger are given a thourogh search and accused of smoking in the toilets. Hi Minty Not casting doubt on the whole force but I think there have been far more bad apples than we are led to believe. I can name two for a start in Orkney who tried to pervert the course of justice one has been removed from their duties. Fotrtunately there was independant cctv footage availble un be known to the police . Totally blew away the plods evidence. The second one and others hopefully will soon be brought to justice for their involvement in a crime up here. I take you point Minty. You can not tarnish everyone. Jack yes there are good decent policeman in the met. But its hard to differentiate from the good an bad. Some automatically believe because you are Young or ethnic you are the perpetrator of a crime instead of thinking you might actually have been the victim. That was the case with me in the early 70's . I was a student nurse in London . I was 19 , and got set upon by a forty something year old drunk irishman. I tried to defend myself . The next minute I was bundled and kicked (by one policeman) into the police van and again by the same individual. I spent 18 hours in a police cell in whitehall . I was going to be charged with GBH Not once was a questioned during that 18 hours in the cell. In the end they released me without an apology apart from saying the person who they thought was the victim . was wanted for various other violent assualts. So from that day on I have little trust in the Police force. That Copper who kicked me and thumbed me has a lot to answer for. I didnt struggle I just complied with their instruction. Yet they still meted out violence. Tossers. PS that has been the one and only time I have ever been arrested by the police

I thought that the Met police took over the review of the case from the leicester police in 2011. Im not sure of the rationale of announcing that they have 38 suspects is a good ploy. Some of those may suddenly disappear or cover their tracks. . Jack its not only about taking on a politician , Im convinced that some innocent folk have been set up for crimes they didnt commit.
