They told me the usual admin fee is 8 but because mine is express mail they charge even more. well i asked parcel force if there was any way for this to be paid beforehand so i don get the fee and they said no. It is their failure to deliver because i cant pay the fees until i get their letter which i havent received today like promised. I think its ridiculous i have to wait for a letter from them before i get it, i spoke to head office they said to call the depot its at and pay so i dont have to wait i did so and the guy was like no you have to wait. just sucks i have to pay any tax on a bday present lol
