On a side note, many years ago there used to be a bloke dressed in stockings and suspenders who'd hide in the bushes and then jump out in front of traffic usually between 23.00 & 02.00, on the main road coming toward Southampton from Bursledon, just before Kathleen road.....I think that slowed traffic down a bit.

They do these women........and they're completely oblivious to the mayhem that they're causing. Probably discussing some inane drival about kids/makeup/flowers that couldn't wait until the 5 minutes it would take them to get home.

So causing a major gridlock just to answer/make a call is ok with you?............a man would pull in to the next side road and cause no inconvenience to traffic.
