These next few weeks are absolutely critical for Saints. If we get this wrong we're gone. I'm a bit nervous to be honest. We need players to get goals. Let's face it, in the current setup we're not getting many (or any) clean sheets. I'm hoping we've got a lot of irons in the fire but I'm not confident we do. Time will tell I guess.

If I recall correctly Che was frozen out at the start of last season too. He was absolutely buzzing after playing for Scotland at the EUROs and RH let him cool off on the bench. Disgusting man management. Almost as if he's punishing players for being internationals. Probably that he's so insecure he's worried that the player coming back after learning from a proper coaching team is going to undermine him.

Is Twar in cold storage to break out at the right moment? I wonder if they'll dial the MLG account back a bit, he's become a characature of himself with the way over the top pedantry and gifs.

There's probably some merit to this, MLG is certainly a fake account to get clicks and comments.

That's what we should be. Potter has got them well drilled, organized and full of confidence. Our clown has allowed us to do the exact opposite.

I felt like Che, even though he missed a few sitters was one of our better players last year with a lot of very good hold up play and intelligent running to create space for himself and others. I didn't see anything like that today and apart from our goal I don't remember another decent attacking move. Must have had a falling out with the stubborn one.

I'm expecting the worst and I bet RH surprises me with an even lower level of total ineptitude. He should have been given his marching orders the moment he was babbling about retirement. If not that, then for the end of season shit show he put is through. This assclown needs to go find another butt circus!

Bin him off. Get the new man in now so he can take a look, set his formation and perhaps decide if we need a player or two before the window closes.

Had we had a balanced formation and lineup and put in a decent shift but still lost I think we'd all be feeling quite optimistic. But the mess that we witnessed today leaves us knowing that all the "on the beach" etc. excuses from the end of last season were shite. A slow motion car crash. Nothing has been learned, we're now trying to race that badly beaten up car missing a wheel and with badly duct taped on second hand components in this season's race...

Right? It's not that any formation in isolation, is better or worse than any other. But the coach MUST pick the formation that fits the attributes of what players he or she has at his or her disposal. From that, then the tactics are decided and worked on.
