I agree ronaldo is not over rated and is on merit one of the best 3-5 players in the world and last season deserved his acclaim...I have no doubt what so ever, messi will hold that honour very soon..he is too good not to.. two supreme players IMO....and glad we have one at least in the premier league..

agree last season, ronaldo scored 40+ goals or something..some penalties and quality free kicks...to score that amount in the prem regardless of who you play for is simply world class...last season (IMO) he deserved the world player of the year etc... but I think Messi (after watching recent barca games) will go on to be (and probably alreay is) better... Man U and Barcelona are probably to the two best teams on the planet..it is there for all to see...and both play football the right way... would be "the final" the sponsors will dreaming of for the CL imo

oh..i agree...personally I was all for the Hod coming back at the time... he would have been far better than sturrock... it is quite laughable really when you think about it...we had a very good team, the season before had a european adventure...had serious ambitions for another UEFA cup spot (whilst the chairman wanted champions league)....all that was real and a serious prospect...the team needed the right manager (and there were plenty out there) with 2 or 3 good additions to the squad.. instead we went fishing to league 1 for a manager and signed mikael nilson.. brilliant

to be fair....given the choice of sturrock OR hoddle...at the time hoddle wins for me..

yes mate I did i have seen plymouth under him many times he is rubbish and plymouth fans are starting to turn it is a FACT that (rubbish) holloway was better at plymouth than sturrock...

i have seen more games under sturrock than you by a country mile so thanks on telling me to go to games to judge..... he is gash and shocking that he came to saints

plymouth were better under pulis and holloway in this league.. plymouth are a relegation rival

plymouth will do very well to stay up..sturrock is crap...very crap holloway was better at plymouth...the thought of sturrock in the prem is laughable.. cheers lowe
