dont think anyone is.. no one is saying we SHOULD go up this season..no one is saying we SHOULD beat pompey and no one is saying we SHOULD win the JPT...

well..why all the slating for rupert for not "breaking the bank, taking a risk, bringing in investment" if money means nothing or very little.. why moan about english football being dominated by the chelseas with massive money..and that it is not a level playing field like it was back in the day when a div 2 team could win the cup.. those arguements happen quite often on here.. if money does not really mean a great deal then why the fuss...especially about rupert in that area..

I really honestly think so many fans are scared of being more then 'run of the mill' for so long we just survived..we had a blip of being better then we got relegation and JUST got into the playoffs then relegated.. it seems so many just dont want to demand more... (by demanding it does not mean sacking the manager)

that is what you want me to say...when many were underwhelmed by his appointment I always thought it was great.. I think he is a good manager... however, it is possible to be peed off with current form/results without wanting a manager to be sacked....I know some dont want to read that but it is true..

leeds had dennis wise...they were in admin..they had -15..im sure they had some turmoil, player departures.. cant remember leeds being able to buy the best two strikers in the league, a rival captain a player from CL team Fiorentia and a CCC CB... I remember prutton being one of their main players....!!!! they also had ken bates unless, you think dennis wise and/or poyet are better managers than pardew..?
