Was going to upgrade the lads laptop and try it out. Only concern is whether I can install other apps such as Steam etc? Or is it locked down to MS products? *confused*

Nearly but I used poetic licence on the "Do you drink 4-5 litres of fluid a day". It doesn't classify what kind of liquid..

Found out a few more things about the tour last night... - In the home dressing room the players have safes in the cupboards above their heads to put their valuables in - In the tunnel, where the away team lines up before going onto the pitch, there are huge silhouettes of saints players from floor to ceiling. In contrast, on the home side wall the silhouettes are a lot smaller. - Nigel requested that the away changing room was updated a bit (hence the comments from folks here that it's changed) - If there's a pre-match tour from corporates or whomever all the players shirts are turned around to ensure that those visiting don't see who's playing - Players usually know the day before a match if they are playing or not

Yes it should be in this section rather than the muppet thingy Unfortunately the missus only took her phone with her so not great pics from today's corporate event but wanted to share as I was really interested in seeing the pics so thought others on here might too (but I'm sure there are many that have already seen behind the scenes so apologies). Firstly, what have you been drinking? A game of two halves.. home dressing room: Away dressing room Away 'en suite' lol Inspiration poster part II

Nope, this wasn't Savile Row.

It may have been there somewhere but had a meeting.

A sad retort but she didn't manage to raid the trophy cabinet....

Harry Redknapp to be named manager within 3 weeks

Let's take a minute to reminisce... No one really knows until the deals done, signed and delivered... -
lol - not really a whole lot to say about Adkins not being there. The corporate event was billed as a "Meet the manager and a player" and the original invite stated it'd be Adkins and Puncheon. Then when they got there they were told that Adkins was in a meeting and wouldn't be there. They had a stadium tour, saw the dressing rooms etc (wife did say that there's a vast difference between the home and away dressing rooms ). Then had a Q&A session with Puncheon and Gazziniga. Gazziniga didn't want to take any questions. Punch said along the lines of "players need to keep confident and the fans need to keep behind them" Then everyone had dinner and went home a little disappointed not to see Adkins. The wife didn't spot anyone else there either (and she was the one that spotted Adkins at Southampton Airport from a good 50 yards away and got very excited. Then we realised he was coming on honeymoon with us to Nice ) Still, it was free I suppose!

Nope, he's not there. He's gone to a meeting
-
Think I'll leave her to it now and enjoy the stadium tour and then the dinner. Will get a report from her when she's back and see what questions were asked and who else was there.
-
Corporate event - invited as part of her work I'm afraid. I'm gutted!
-
Oh my. Nigel can't make today's 'Meet the manager and player' event as he has another meeting. Wow.
-
Mrs TS has just headed to St Mary's for a 'Meet the manager and a player' event. Player will be Jason Puncheon, wonder who the other one will be. If she's allowed to text I'll let you know of anything interesting.

For those that remember it, I feel that the worm is turning... Wasn't it 95% for and 5% against last week... Currently it stands 60% for and 40% against.
-
Perfectly put. I agree. How much longer though? What's the cut off point?
-
Scooby - I completely agree with you that Nigel has done an absolutely fantastic job to get us here well ahead of schedule. However, I'm sure he's been paid in line with his contract that probably made him a very rich man to do this so ahead of plan. However, we're now a Premiership club and expect Premiership management. We're not a poor club, we've got money behind us. If our manager isn't coming up to expectations then, as a business, we should be looking to replace them and see what's available out there. We owe Nigel a lot for what he's done for us. But I don't want us to look back and have to point out what 'Nigel did to us'. Let's respect him for getting us to the Premiership, get a manager who can keep us there and move on.

Do you reckon that Kelvin or Gaz would have saved the first or second goal today?
-
Fair play - head bury and sand.
-
Lol - Gazzinga has played first team for the last 3+ games for Saints and done well. We're not a charity for players like Boruc. We're (for now) a Premiership team.
-
OK - Nicola has a whole bag of money to attract some top notch proven managers to Saints. How long do you think he'll stick to Nigel until he finds someone else. In the end Nicola needs to run this as a business and, at the moment, we're going back to the Championship. If you're a Saints fan and had a lot of money to make sure we didn't go back down to the Championship next year, would you do something about it now or wait until the New Year?
-
For my two penneth. I considered Boruc as third choice to be fair. Gazza not playing today, would have expected Davies back in. But Borac? But my opinion isn't based on today's goalkeeper choice, it's on the team in general and Adkins subs so far. Was surprised that when he made a sub he didn't sub Borac for Lambert. Sorry but before tonight I said Nigel needs to go two games ago. Three games on I stick with it. Problem is I've got no idea who would be a real Premier League manager to take us into next season so, therefore, one is a slag

Cheers for putting it to the vote, I've voted
-
OK, maybe we don't. Hope you all enjoying your head meeting sand

We always win the first game under a new manager (?!)
