Indeed! It's all to obvious why many team selections and substitutions were, shall I say, rather strange? And what an example to set to the players? How can a manager discipline players when they know that he and the chairman go out on a bender themselves!

Thanks Long Shot, presumably you have laid this all out knowing it to be true otherwise you might leave yourself open to attention from parties other than us lot on here! I'm sure that forum members/users may well take a little time to read and digest what you have to say before embarking on a witch hunt against you. It seems that times for Saints are even more perilous than I cared to imagine. I wonder what Mr Wilde thinks of this? Does he have the bottle to lead us out of the arms of oblivion? I very much doubt so when I remember his 'disappearance' when the going got tough last time with the 'gang of three'! The plant actually doesn't reach back that far. The flight path doesn't even go over the rear car park. They would have to put the M27 in a tunnel to lengthen the runway, also it may be then too close to housing. Let's hope they don't get the chance to even think about things like that.

A good point! I chose this forum because it is motor oriented. I also wondered, if elsewhere, that it might attract attention from the more vacuous minded on here! Most of you are well aware that I am employed at the Ford plant in Southampton. Currently the future of the plant is under review and there is a distinct fear that Ford will close the plant. If they do so it will mean that Ford no longer assemble ANY vehicle in this country!
