  1. Not at all. Carry on. It's just a big thank you from the Baggies to the skates for rolling over and having their bellies tickled in the last game of the 2005 season.
  2. Hope you don't mind Toomer, I've just corrected your typo for you. Can't believe Toyboy didn't pick you up on that one!
  3. You can hear the Blue-few pleading for a groundshare already. No bells allowed.
  4. Beware all. Millwall fell victim to a vicious satsuma attack last week from the ICF (I Chuck Fruit). True story.
  5. Win the next couple and get back on a little run and I think the cost issue will disappear out the window and a trip to Leeds may back on the agenda for some.
  6. I think just under 3,000 (the max allocation they give to aways) most of the bottom tier of the Bobby Moore stand.
  7. I just can't see how they could give him the job now, even if he's found not guilty it's only a matter of time before the next bit of dirt surfaces. If he did become England boss (if he was squeaky clean I'd say he'd be suited to it - iff!!!) then, as a fervant follower of my national team, I'd just have to do the same as when those corrupt skates were representing my country a few years back and temporarily withdraw my support.
  8. So what you're saying is, just when there's light at the end of the tunnel, they go out and spend more money they haven't got on more tunnel. B'stards. Dirty f*kin cheating skate b'stards.
  9. This is good news. As we unleash the 'Essex Strikeforce - BillyRicky' on Burnley Saturday, bung in Chappers and it'll be 'BillyRickyDickie'. And he's doing, very well.
  10. Bit surprising this has made General Sale as there were only a few hundred left a week ago. Massive game. Pick up 3 points on Saturday and as long as West Ham don’t, we go to Upton Park knowing a win puts us back on top.
  11. Enter Fred Dinenage!
  12. And you will still "be treated to a good kicking and would likely be arrested for incitement" - same meat different gravy.
  13. You're not going to get an argument with me over a big chunk of our support, I've been going for over 40 years and we've always had more than our fair share of lightweights but I don't get how you could get "Millwall flu" but not "West Ham flu". Surely the same ones that dipped out of the Den would do the same for Upton Park, that has got to be at least as dangerous a place to go, particularly in the dark. There's no tunnels from the tube to the ground there and they'll be a far greater percentage of nawty boys in a 34k crowd than 9k. The tubes after will not be for the faint hearted that's for sure.
  14. I'd suggest a few more were a bit wiser after Cov and realised there was always going to be a weakened side put out at Millwall and gave it a swerve for those reasons. Most know Millwall is a walk in the park these days if you want it to be, safer than most of the more gnarly grounds so I wouldn't say fear was necessarily a factor in the numbers that travelled. I'd say West Ham away for a night game is going to be a far more intimidating experience and it looks like we'll sell 3,000 with little trouble, not many remaining before it gets near General Sale. If we only take 1500 for the league game I'll agree with you.
  15. Tbf I would say 1500 at Millwall was pretty good for a cup tie few were that bothered whether we went through or not. I would expext a lot more will be up there for the league fixture in a few weeks (skates only took 600 there in the league recently). It also looks like we're about to sell out the 3,000 for West Ham so doesn't look like there's 'West Ham flu'.
  16. We got our tickets last night after the game and the TO said around 500 tickets remaining. Still one per ST, if they make General Sale any left will go quick but I'd think they'll all be gone very shortly.
  17. You always risk upsetting some ST holders if it's done too frequently, most clubs offer some free tickets to youngsters these days usually by way of local kids football. West Ham have done a lot of deals this season to get fans in, £15 adult tickets for a number of games and for their home game with Forest last Saturday there was a page in the Evening Standard where if you took that in you got £10 off the ticket price. They also give away freebies to local kids, something they plan to escalate in an attempt to fill (if they get) the Olympic stadium. Empty seats look crap, I've got a ST but I'm happy to see deals for the less attractive fixtures.
  18. Yeah, what are they thinking? It's not like anything like this has happened before. Oh.
  19. As they went on sale the day after that dross on Monday I'm not surprised some weren't over eager. With 3 weeks til the game and 3,000 tickets available I'd guess many feel they've got plenty of time to get one if they want. A couple of wins and we'll then get plenty moaning 'cos they missed out as the tickets fly out the door.
  20. Corpy Ho-Ho-Ho = Rosie47?
  21. Their OS is suggesting he could feature tonight http://www.lcfc.com/page/LatestNews/0,,10274~2585746,00.html
