His positioning is ridiculous. Has he just been given free reign by Klopp or does he do whatever the fuck he wants? A liability.
-
Strength there to hold off Gomez. Brilliant tenacity.
-
Probably trying to continue the 'best fans in the world's myth (despite clearly seeing their own fans streaming out).
-
I'll remember him for many things, but two goals spring to mind. 1) The cracker at Fratton 2) The goal at Selhurst that made the most delightful sound as it slapped the net. All the best for you and your family, Nathan.

😂 I normally resort to some form of alcohol, or footballing schadenfreude - shame someone didn't lose 10-0 today.
-
That was a shit watch, so frustrating!! Way to ruin the weekend. One word - unlucky.
-
Absolutely cannot have a go at Bazunu for that. A scuffed loop that caught everyone off guard I think. Undeserved - a pretty even half really. Typical Saints v Wolves shitluck.
-
You can't really disagree that Aston Villa are bigger than us, surely? He definitely needs to improve as a player, too. Only thing I have doubts about is his last comment 'best place for me to do that', as in reality that's surely in the Polish second division?
-
Either of those two signing for us now would be as likely as Putin deciding to go to Mikhail Gorbachev's funeral.
-
Is Caleta-Car any good? Are we essentially just investing in another Lyanco?
-
Well, Leeds are a far bigger club than us. You would choose them over us if wages are similar, for sure.
-
I agree with this. Che and Ely were shot. Mara on for one of them would have worked, but having said that they were both still putting their bodies around and pressing where possible, so I'm not unduly concerned with the choice not to bring someone on.

Spot the Chelsea fans in the home end during Armstrong's celebrations 😂
-
Just did not give up. Excellent pressing.

Isn't there a Saints 'offer still on the table' for Broja?
-
Loads of positives. To prevent another 'last season' we need to be picking points up against those around us come the end of the season - these sorts of games are free hits. I felt we were unlucky, really. Sort of game that could have gone either way. Defence looked solid. We need to be a bit more clinical and decisive around the opposition box. Certainly a lot of positives to take from that game.. Chin up, we move.

Still need to replace Ingsy.
-
ABK is exceptional. Uses his physicality well, is pacey and reads the game well, too.
-
A far bigger club, richer history and bigger fan base, and a team that seems to really play as a team. They'd beat us, for sure.
-
Boring ground, boring city, not much chance of winning - I can see why!
-
Looks like he's as brittle as glass. I presume therefore that he is more Schneiderlin than Romeu?
-
Would be very disappointing to see him go. He is a crucial squad player with bags of experience and professionalism.
-
Don't think SR will change the manager and I don't think we'll sign loads of quality between now and the end of the window.
-
Leicester fans on Foxes Talk describing us as relegation fodder, saying we looked very poor yesterday.
-
Looks to be an excellent player. If we can get a couple of seasons out of him I'll be happy - he'll be wanted by bigger clubs soon enough.
