There is just a wee glimer of hope they will spot a bit of rule breaking and come back for a second bite. Personally I think the way you "got away with it" TM needs to be stopped, finnito. CVA's should only be used to rescue significant numbers of jobs and previous owners , directors should be banned from participating from such deals. Employees pay should take prioity. However it should be capped at 10 times UK average earnings including redundancy pay. Sums over that should be incorperated in the usual creditors list.

I was shocked at the depth of glee on the Pompey board I read. However unless the level of abuse comes to this message board and is not corrected at the first warning we should resist banning users. I have to agree that there seams to have been a deal done. CVA's are meant to save jobs, yet they have turned into a cheats charter. There has to be a penalty for poor financial management. Its disgusting and its a mess! The only sollice is we watch them scrape from week to week, scratting for a team in a rusting hulk of a ground with an owner who dosent want to own them. They have fans who dont turn out. I doubt any away fans will want to visit that dive, I wouldnt be suprised if thier away matches wern't boycotted too. We will see Harry and Peter in court. The can't exactly be very hot sponsorship property. They couldnt possibly meet thier CVA or turnover projections..... However a piece of me wants to raid tonight and demolish the place.....
