This. Not deliberate, arm not in an 'unnatural position', ball hit straight at him with no chance of getting out of the way. Not handball. Not a goal either, which it should have been if Mane had passed the ball on the ground around the defender (easy for me to say that sitting here on my sofa, of course!).

Yup. They're top for a reason. Vary & Mahrez being watched so closely, Albrighton & Kante are getting more of the ball. Clever stuff. We need to get someone to be a pest in centre mid - Wanyama's doing ok, but is getting crowded out a lot.

Well, I suppose it's possible to 'win ugly' or lose a 'dominating' game. My point was that we've played some excellent, attractive, attacking football this season which shows we can play to that standard. Other PL managers have also recognised this. However, it appears we didn't today. Are you suggesting that our recent good run of results was down to a less attractive style of play and/or we got lucky? If so, you could be right.
