Not sure if it's been mentioned and it is only pre season, but I thought it was interesting Downes had the captains armband (again) despite AA coming on at the same time.
-
I imagine this just solidifies moving Lis back out on loan, which is a good thing. RM said there will be movement in the next few weeks with GK's and if one moves out they'll look to bring another in. Here is hoping for Ramsdale on loan
-
The trouble is the PL is a different beast now. We can't spend up to £20m any more, for reasonably talented AM's and CF's we'll have to repeatedly break our transfer record this summer.
-
Thank goodness for that. Now let's move on to better targets

Keeping Track of the Contracts 2024-25

KWP would be stupid heading back to Spurs. He won't displace Porro as the starting RB. Somebody like Villa would be a much better option for him IMO. I fancy him as a better player than Cash and they'll need strength in depth this season with CL football
-
I'd of thought they would want circa £40m

Fingers crossed there is legs in it. I guess from Alfie's end he may have no knowledge on this one, but that doesn't mean we haven't been in contact with Arsenal. It feels more of a romano exclusive than local journalist given it's them
-
Kelleher too

Alfie has stated in the comments he has no information if we are interested in Ramsdale or not. He's just stated if Ramsdale was available that he'd assume RM would be interested given his quality.

Thinks it's more likely a promotion to a bigger club and reuniting with Jack Chapman more than anything else

😍

Yeah, that's right. Although we are supposedly still attempting to agree a fee for him to join this summer

16 Goals and 3 Assists in 33 Bundesliga apps last season at just 21 years old. He has a £25m release clause in his contract, but I imagine their would be bigger vultures circling than us.

Bought by Montevideo City Torque before being sold to New York City. Both owned by City Group. We may be tapping the American market, but it seems we're still fishing in City's pond

Definitely that then. I'm sure the exact quotes will be on twitter somewhere, but he said something along the lines of "It got dark for a few hours, but Flynn saw the light in the end"
-
Big fan of that away kit. Shame it's ruined by that god awful sponsor. Would of looked top with Draper on it
-
Found it interesting during Russell's interview when he said he and Matt Gill didn't think it would happen, but then Flynn saw the "light" I guess if you are a boyhood West Ham fan and get the chance to play for them it's hard to distance yourself from. Top news anyway, our most important signing, so far
